We recently stayed at Le Westin Old Montreal for three nights and had a very good experience. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the city. Although valet parking comes with an additional charge, we found it very convenient. The room was clean and comfortable; however, one small suggestion would be to upgrade the in-room coffee machine, as it feels quite outdated compared to modern options. The staff were consistently friendly and professional, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, we would recommend this hotel to others visiting Montreal.

We had a wonderful stay at Le Westin Montreal. The staff was extremely helpful and kind. Our room was a nice size and very clean. The hotel is very convenient to almost everything we wanted to do. Parking was very convenient, but definitely an added cost. The hotel restaurant, Gazette, was delicious. We would definitely stay here again.

Hotel is very close to old Montreal. Very spacious room, good amenities (pool, hot tub, sauna, cold plunge). Though it was clean, the hotel is due for some renovation. The shower area needs a bit of freshening up, the sink drain was a bit clogged. Overall the staff was helpful, lifeguards were very courteous. Didn’t appreciate the valet telling me I had 5 mins to move my car when I already had explained to him that we needed a few minutes to get our dog sorted out. And no, we were not blocking cars or taking up a spot others were waiting for. Overall an okay stay but a bit disappointed in this particular Westin.

I’m always had a great stay with the westin this unfortunately was not one. I arrived and no others were checking in or out. Staff told me to use the luggage cart for my 1 suitcase and 2 carryons. They also told me to bring it back immediately. Never happened before at a westin. The rooms were outdated, seemed very old.

Staff were wonderful. Rooms are larger in size which is nice but outdated with stained carpets. Not very accessible and our view was of an alley with dumpsters and concrete wall. Location was convenient.
