First off, I want to share that Olivia at the reception provided outstanding service to me and my wife. We stayed at the hotel after our wedding and she made sure to make the experience unforgettable by going above and beyond with kindness and attentiveness. It’s a once in a lifetime event for us so it really made all the difference. Truly a great employee. I’m not sure if this is a mistake on Expedia but it said the pool was heated but it’s not. I felt a little bit misled by that, and the photos didn’t seem representative of what the pool was actually like. Property is overall very clean and in top shape. We very much appreciated the room upgrade for our post-wedding stay. The bath was beautiful and the room was very spacious. The breakfast was not super great quality (the waffles weren’t Belgian as advertised, the hash browns were very stale, and the sausages were overcooked, the eggs were horrible and flavorless). One of the morning staff was not nearly as friendly. Overall a very successful stay however. We would definitely return.

Fantastic Location and Helpful Staff This hotel is in a perfect spot—right in the middle of everything! Metro and bike stations are just a short walk away, which made getting around very easy. The staff were all very helpful and made our stay even more enjoyable. Would definitely stay here again!

The room was spacious, clean and the bed was very comfortable. I am picky on soundproofing when traveling and I was very happy with how quiet the room was. If you are looking for a place to stay while visiting Montreal stop you search and book here. It’s within 5 walking distance to mall if you need additional parking or a quick snack.

Everything was great! The only hiccup we noticed was the pool was randomly closed for maintenance at one point without notice and were told after half an hour it would reopen. Once it did, it was FREEZING. We were hoping to enjoy the pool but couldn't, but that's okay! We just didn't quite understand the lack of communication, when we checked in two hours earlier there was no mention of anything (no sign on the door, no one working, we had to go down to the front desk to ask--we were two of about 9 people trying to get into the pool) The rest of our stay was lovely.

I stayed at this hotel on July 26 and checked out the following day. Unfortunately, my experience was far from what I expected. Shortly after checking in, I stepped into the bathroom and cut the sole of my foot on a sharp piece of glass that had clearly been missed during cleaning. When I reported the incident to the front desk, the staff showed little concern and offered me a complimentary breakfast, which I didn’t even use. There was no genuine apology or effort to properly address the situation. To add to the disappointment, the coffee machine in our room wasn’t working either. TV is old and only basic cable (no smart TV). Bathroom is very not private if you are staying with someone. Accidents can happen, but the way they’re handled matters—and in this case, the lack of care or responsibility shown by staff was unacceptable. I hope management takes cleanliness and guest safety more seriously moving forward.

This hotel is located in the most convenient area to restaurant, shopping, and transportation. Staff were always attentive and friendly. The rooms are very clean!! My only complaint is that the ‘pool’, which is actually a spa pool was supposed to be heated and unfortunately, it wasn’t during our stay. We chose this hotel because we thought that my mother would enjoy the warmer pool. The pool area is still a nice spot to hang out. We would stay there again.
