Good, clean room. Very comfortable bed and I appreciated having bathrobe and slippers available. Layout of the washroom is a bit odd, personally I find the option to look through into the bedroom a bit creepy - but you do have the option to keep the shutters closed. Great location in Montreal, easy walk lots of restaurants.

The location is excellent, central to restaurants and stores and close to both Sherbrooke St. & St Catharine st. The property was very clean and the decor was very nice. My room was spacious, comfortable, and elegant. The only let down is that Hotel lacks any restaurant or bar, so you must go out to dine. Another disappointment was that I was supposed to get a room with two queen size beds, and was given a room with a large king size bed instead.

This was our third time staying at this hotel. Its clean and quiet, great location as well. I really hope next time we come, the restaurant will finally be open, its been 2 years and it was still closed this time. Other than that its always a great experience 😊

Property was well maintained the pool was a letdown outside in-between two buildings on second floor this ment no sunlight to lie in sun. Also having two ask for bottle water at front desk. They are complimentary and should be place in room everyday

It is a small and cosy hotel. Great rooms, location and staff. The restaurant is permanently closed, but they do offer a breakfast buffet. There is a picture of a “pool” area, but it is not a pool. Might be ok if you had small children just to get them wet. I would definitely stay there again. The pool and restaurant aren’t that important in Montreal.

Damaged car by valet parking

Our stay was pleasant. However, their valet parking damaged my car. The driver never said a word. I discovered the damage while driving home. Fortunately, the hotel management reviewed their cameras and confirmed that they had in fact damaged my car. They paid for the repairs but made me drive to get two estimates and then they selected the garage to perform the repairs and only reimbursement once I produced the receipt. to confirm I had in fact made the repairs. Not a pleasant experience because I had all the trouble to get my car fixed with no car rental while repairs were done.

This hotel shows its age, with rooms and facilities that feel dated compared to newer properties. While the accommodations were adequate, cleanliness standards didn't quite meet expectations - though nothing was problematic enough to cause major concerns. The real highlight was the exceptional staff - genuinely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Both check-in and check-out processes were smooth and efficient. The location proved to be the hotel's strongest asset. Being steps away from St. Catherine's Street and conveniently positioned between Peel and McGill metro stations made getting around the city effortless. The immediate area offers excellent dining and shopping options, all easily accessible within a five-minute walk. Bottom Line: A solid choice if location and friendly service are your priorities, though those seeking modern amenities and pristine conditions might want to consider other options.
