Montreal trip

All shifts of Desk staff were amazing! Originally we showed up at the wrong address. We were taken personnally to the right location! Assisted with luggage thru the construction area. Coffee service and continental breakfast was great. After our airline tickets were canceled during the Air Canada strike, they Assisted in trying to find us a way home. Would go back again!

I booked this stay for my daughter and her boyfriend and they were so happy with the accommodations. The room was fabulous, immaculately clean, spacious, and well appointed. The hotel staff were so helpful and friendly. They wished they could have stayed longer! Absolutely recommend!!

I stayed here with my husband for two nights in early August and wow I loved this hotel. The front desk is attached to a coffee bar where you can grab a drink and a pastry and the entrance has a very cool industrial meets contemporary style. Our room was the perfect size with a view of the main street. It was busy but we never heard any street noise. It was spotless modern and had a luxurious shower with multiple heads. Plenty of bathroom light and counter space and a comfortable bed. Though the pillows were a bit firm for me. I loved that there was a steamer instead of an iron. I'm even buying one for the house. The service was fantastic. Every staff member we met was genuinely warm and thoughtful. They surprised us with a card and a box of macaroons for our anniversary, made us coffee and tea late at night and gave great recommendations for watching formula 1 at a local pub. The location was excellent, right in the heart of Old Montreal within walking distance of major sites, shops and restaurants. The only minor hiccup was with Uber pickups which may have been a driver issue but happened more than once. The only downside was breakfast, the options were limited and not to our taste. However, I would absolutely recommend Le Petit hotel to friends and family and I'd gladly stay again!

We had a lovely time at this hotel! Concierge, Mathieu, was impeccable from the start. The free coffee all day for hotel guests is a nice touch. Would come back and stay here again!

Good location..except for the construction noise starting at 7 am every morning. Nice room. Lovely fluffy towels. Excellent housekeeping. Great coffee service at the front desk. Could maybe use a wall mounted magnifying mirror in the bathroom. And two chairs in the room would be nice. There was room.
