First room we checked into had blood stained sheets on the pull out couch and door not even latched when we found it. Upgraded to a suite and upon entry, the bed was unmade, food on the floor, couch messed up, wet towels on floor of the bathroom and dirty diapers in the garbage. Provided complimentary buffet breakfast for the trouble. Buffet was limited and food quality not the greatest.

Il navais supposément pas notre réservation que javais fait avec hotel.com ....il a fallu gérer au bout de 20 min dire vous l'avez pas pt on géra ca plus tard es ce que lhotel est plein ?!!? Je vois pas pourquoi l'initiative n'est pas venu a base de l'employé...on a fait 4h de route en moto on avais réserver on a pas le goût de passer 30 min dans le lobby à gérer ca ....même chose le lendemain 20 min check out ....nous dise quil nous facture t'en parcequil non pas notre réservations avec hotel alors que je leur montre la veille et le matin que c'est toujours actif ....on nous charge un montant over en me disant que c les tx ...je leur montre non mon montant est avec taxe 182 ...on me dit que dans ce cas cest les déjeuner que nous ne sommes pas allez ...fallu confirmer avec la serveuse quon avais pas dejeuner mais juste acheté 2 mimosa sur place on nous a alors enlever ses frais .....la porte de notre chambre ne barrais meme pas le sauna hors d'usage...la pomme de douche qui tien a peine ...nous on fait le prix que j'avais sur booking , aucun désoler , excuse ou autre pour ne pas avoir notre reservation dans le systeme, nous on juste tlt dit que ma réservation étais canceller alors que je leur montrais que javais confirmation la veille et quelle étais belle et bien active au moment meme ...a commencé on aurais juste du allez ailleur ! ...très bon service parcontre de la fille du soir et du matin au restaurant ..pourtant hotel.com confirme lavoir active
