Room was clean and comfortable, front desk staff was cordial, check in and check out were both smooth, only complaint is that the dishwasher in our room was unusable and coming out of the spot it was supposed to be mounted in. Otherwise, my friends and I really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again :)

Perfect for what we needed. Old but clean.

Only stayed one night, while in town for a play at Place Des Artes and a concert at the Bell Centre. It was perfect for what we needed. Underground parking was convenient but spots were very tight to fit into. Beds were clean and comfy. Didn’t use the kitchen but it seemed fine. There were signs of wear: on the couch, the carpet, the bathtub, but they seemed clean, just old. The air conditioner didn’t have knobs and the thermostat only seemed to have “on” or “off” options, we couldn’t set our own temperature. If we were staying longer we might have asked for help but for one night just to sleep it was fine! Neighborhood felt safe walking as a group of 3 women, and there was plenty of food options nearby.

The underground parking was great. The staff were friendly. Property felt safe as you had to have a room key to enter the main area of the building and a room key to get to your floor. We had a room with a kitchenette which made it easy to make quick snacks, lunches or late night snacks and probably saved us some money! We walked everywhere from the hotel nothing was too far. Catherine’s street was close which was a plus. It was also easy to Uber if it wasn’t within walking distance.

The location of this hotel is quite good. However, the equipment in the room is outdated, and almost all the power outlets on the wall are nonfunctional. Actually, the cost of replacing them is not much. This is the worst hotel experience I've had during this trip. Additionally, the parking fee of nearly $40 per night is too high. They don't charge per 24 hours.

This is a well located hotel/appartment. The airport bus stops almost outside the front door. It’s very close to China town and the metro

It features fully equipped and furnished apartments: kitchen, stove, fridge , sink, and dishes etc. The proximity to 2-subway stations was super helpful to go anywhere in Montreal. And, the YUL Airport Bus 747 stops in front of this hotel, so $11.25 instead of an expensive taxi fare!

Locale was perfect for our requirements in Montreal. Air conditioning not in the sleeping quarters was an issue on a hot night. Beds were comfortable and kitchen had all the amenities we needed. Awaiting the elevator that was specific to the parking area was a small inconvenience.

Dated hotel rooms and lack of maintenance. For the price, they should be able to keep at least the washroom renovated. The bathtub was dirty and the paint peeling. The first thing my 6 year old daughter said when enter the washroom was “this is disgusting”. Location is great, the staff is amicable, but again, for that price the should be able to deliver better maintained rooms.
