The hotel was clean, and the room was a decent size. The view was amazing. Breakfast was good overall, but on the first day, the hotel ran out of foodβ€”it wasn’t adequately stocked. The manager was very accommodating and waived our parking fees for two days as compensation. The breakfast on the second day was much better. The staff was friendly, and the location is excellentβ€”just steps away from the metro.

By far my worst hotel stay in 31 years. Broken air conditioning that they refused to fix as well as a broken fridge. What was supposed to be a special event (my bachelorette party) was ruined because my guests and I were using ice packs and hand fans to attempt to cool down because the room was stiflingly hot. Maintenance was called but did nothing. Many other issues as well.

The hotel itself is of average quality, and the breakfast unfortunately fell below expectations. Furthermore, the cleaning staff at the restaurant in a rather impolite manner, instructed us to clear and dispose of our dishes and cups after our meal, which is not an acceptable level of service and politeness. I will never come again.
