Wifi not working in the room. The button light on the mirror cannot be turned off. I asked the front desk, they said it is tied to the wall, and suggested to use a duck tape to block off the light. Worst of all, there's a mouse in the room. Because of the hotel is fully booked, me and my daughter had to stay in the room for one more night before we could be switched to another room. The only good thing in the hotel is the staff. They are friendly and helpful. Otherwise, avoid this hotel.

I waited a long time to get my room, and the room was not cleaned very well. There were spiders everywhere. The pool is not always in service. It should be open from 10 AM to 10 PM. But on the last day, the kids wanted to swim, but the guy said it would be available at 3 PM, and we were leaving. On the first day, we were swimming, and the lifeguard said he would take a break.

There was no ventilation in washrooms... its hard when there are 2-3 people in room and they have to use washroom, And its not meintioned in the description of the hotel. We arrived at hotel around 4pm but still the rooms were not ready and we have to wait to for atleast 30 mint. Breakfast is also not included in room charges ... its $25 for a person which is expensive.

We ordered a room with 2 queen beds instead of we got a room with a bed and sofa that was uncomfortable. Moreover the room was not prepared, no bedding , blankets and pillows for the kids. At the beginning the staff updated that due to overbooking of the hotel they don’t have bedding , blankets and pillows. Only after a help from the supervisor we could get the staff. Unfortunately we stayed during some major renovations so the lobby and restaurant/bar was a make shift area. the front staff was incredible- super friendly and beyond helpful. The free shuttle to and from the airport was a huge help and really appreciated. The only negative thing I would have to say is we had a server at the restaurant/bar who felt entitled and was pushy for a tip. Back story for that is we had gone down for supper(it was great food- a little expensive) we paid and left a quite large tip per person, then throughout the evening we had gone back to grab a drink each a couple times, still left a small tip- but the last time we
