Typical good quality airport hotel with spacious main room. In hotel restaurant had excellent ribs and pork chop dinners. Moderately noisy air conditioning with confusing controls and did not get temperature down until early morning hours, making sleeping uncomfortable. Bathroom is also a bit small and awkward compared to the rest of the room with door into shower stall quite narrow.

Our flight was cancelled and I contacted DoubleTree through this app to tell them not to cancel my 2 room, three night booking for a school trip. When I arrived with the kids, it had been cancelled, and, they would not allow me to use the rooms. The desk said the manager would have to grant a refund. So, with nowhere else to go and it being late, I booked two rooms for two nights. After over a week of efforts, the manager has refused to give the refund, meaning, we are out the cost of two rooms for three nights…

Just a small discomfort when we’re opening our room …the key don’t work We have to wait an hour for the staff to replace the battery of the door key and kids are already too tired for the whole day activity and we’re sleeping in our another check in room Other than that I will still recommend this place
