Upon check-in, front desk staff had demanded that I provide my vehicle information. When I advised that I could not recall my vehicle plate information at the present moment, she became very annoyed with me, and demanded that I go outside and retrieve the information to her satisfaction or she could not check me in. I was further advised this is a requirement for all clients as hotel staff will be taking inventory of recorded vehicles. Despite the fact, that I was treated so abruptly, and forced to record the requested information, the parties that I was travelling with in a separate room, in another vehicle we not required to record their vehicle information. I can make such a statement with certainty as I witnessed on a first hand account. Such rude, subjective behaviour is unacceptable in my opinion given the fact that absolutely no vehicle inventory was ever taken, and no other vehicle in my travelling party was subject to this behaviour. I am very aware of, and respect the limitations placed upon parking spaces, however I do not approve of falsehoods to justify subjective, discourtesy after a long day of travel.

Very outdated building and furniture, the staff were unprofessional, at 11:20 pm there were people in the hallway next to our room making lots of noise, we called the front desk to complain and ask them to talk to those people , they told us that there was nothing that they could do and we should talk to those people to stop the noise , so the hotel wants it’s guests to engage in an argument and to risk their safety rather than diving an issue that they have the right to deal with

When we got to our room the beds weren’t made and there was garbage everywhere they put us in a different room it smelt horrible and wasn’t overly clean. The walls were cracked and flaking. The pillows were tiny and old with no stuffing. It was extremely noisy not an enjoyable stay

The hotel location is fine from airport. The late night check-in process was efficient. Staff is friendly at desk and restaurant. The property is dated and needs a makeover to match value for money. Air conditioner in room is loud when functioning. The floor towel was stained. It is basic accommodation which did the job for a short overnight stay.
