Audrey at the front desk was very pleasant! She tookna few minutes to give her recommenddation on the nearby beautiful spots for tourists like us who are first timers to Montreal! Will definitely stay here again. Great walking distance to almost all the beautiful spots in downtown Montreal like the Old Port, Notre Dame Cathedral etc.

If you book through Expedia, don't expect them to help you out. No upgrades or changes. Makes you feel unimportant. Nothing spectacular here. No room service at night. Bed are comfy. Toilet had a gross stain on the inside. Shower pressure weak. Mediocre at best.

We have stayed here before, but this time our experience was disappointing. The bathroom door was squeaky, the shower door didn’t close properly, and the staff were slow to respond to our requests. Overall, the service felt average, and we didn’t enjoy our stay as much as we had hoped.

The only thing keeping me from giving a 5-star rating is the overly complicated process of connecting to the hotel’s free Wi-Fi, which requires creating an account.

Terrible experience for the price. You'd be much better off getting a hotel in a different area of the city. Traffic in the area is a nightmare, and a lot of the cool restaurants and sights in Montreal are at least a 20 minute drive away. The bed was uncomfortable and squeaky. The hotel shop had only junk food, nothing even remotely healthy to snack on. On the last morning, they were testing the fire alarms at 9:15 am and gave us no notice that this was happening. They refused to give any compensation for this. Even if you do decide to stay downtown Montreal, for just a little bit more money you could stay in a much nicer hotel.
