Old hotel which definitely needs renovation. The carpet of the room was so dirty with lots of stains. Pillows needs to be changed. The breakfast was ok but same everyday with very few options. No elevator and if you are in the upper floor, you need to consider using stairs.

Hotel was very loud. Our room smelled like the exhaust from the sauna and was very humid. Toilet tank flooded the floor for two nights and staff was very attentive to get it fixed. Housekeeping staff came to door early - it’s a good thing we were already awake!

I travel a lot and this was the worst hotel service I've ever experienced. My room was freezing (it was below freezing outside) when I got in and I realized the heater was broken. They told me they'd fix it and had me waiting until 3AM. They never fixed it, stopped responded to phone calls, and didn't have anyone at the front desk to help for the rest of the night. I tried to sleep in a freezing cold room. The next morning they were disrespectful, passive aggressive, and never apologized. They made it very clear they were not there to help.
