It was centric to both north and south of our trip destinations. And for the price now a days , cant beat it. Clean and perfect to fit the perfect trip with kids.

We usually stay here when visiting my daughter, she goes to school in Monterey, but this last stay was not our best experience. There was a dirty handprint on the white bed comforter and other "debris" on the pillows. That was disappointing. All night long we heard stomping and running around from the room above us. Literally didn't stop till around 2 am. If we stay again, we will definitely request the 3rd floor.

The hotel has been upgraded. Nice and new all around - front lobby, new carpets, room decor. The hot and cold shower was a challenge to toggle to get the right mix.
