This has been my absolute favorite place to stay. The grounds are breathtaking. My hubby loves golf, which was an added amenity. The staff couldn’t be nicer and the rooms are so clean and comfortable. We had a view of the lake. Absolutely recommend! We can’t wait to return.

Overall, excellent property. We loved playing the 9-hole putting course and the board games by the fireplace. My only feedback would be that our room facing the pond had a frog croaking outside for the evening and there was some mold in our shower, but generally, very nice property!

This is one of the greatest hotel properties in and around the Carmel/Monterey/Pebble Beach area. It is part of the Penninsula Hotel group and it does live up to the name. The management team and the employees are super friendly involved with a gas saying hello and making sure that everything is perfect. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone.

Perfect location, texted the day before asking if there was anything we needed prior to our arrival, texted every morning to see if we needed anything- asked for a few extra things that they delivered right away. We will 100% be returning, This is now our go to place, when we visit the area. They even graciously delivered my boyfriend’s birthday cake and mimosas the morning of his birthday.
