We stayed in family townhome room. The room is spacious but the bed blocked the refrigerator and microwave when you pull down the bed. My friend wants to rest in bed. She needed to get up so I can heat up my food. I wished they could place the ref and microwave somewhere but overall experience is great. Ref is not working at the time. We have ice and cooler so I did not bother to report.

Very bad experience at this place. Beds were very bad .. no blankets provided had to ask for .. toilet broken .. it said breakfast included.. didn’t even have proper tea or coffee or juices were kept in jars. Just had bagels and cream cheese .. people were getting Starbucks and just came there to get muffins which were also not good

the room garbage can does not have a garbage bag, I don't want to make a mess to the garbage bag, so I had to go to the wholefoods to get some bags to try to cover the garbage can

Stayed there 8 times over the years. Comfortable, clean, very convenient. both entrances to hiway 1 on the corner. Whole foods across the street and Elroys food store a stones throw from the property!

Rooms are old, bathroom's walls are dirty and disgusting, the smell entering the rooms corridor was horrible. Breakfast: just skip it and go to the nearby mall. All this for $350 per night. Never again.

I would not recommend this hotel. The room had a strong bleach smell upon arrival, and the walls, carpet, and furniture were noticeably dirty. The Murphy bed downstairs was poorly placed—when folded down it completely blocked the walkway, making it impossible to get to the bathroom or the door. Upstairs, there was no air conditioning, and it became uncomfortably hot. The only option was to open the windows, but the area was extremely noisy, which made sleeping nearly impossible. Overall, the property was not well kept. It felt old, dingy, and far below an acceptable comfort level. This hotel needs significant improvements in cleanliness, layout, and amenities before I could recommend staying here.

This place was perfect for my family! We walked to Whole Foods and the mall…easy driving access to everything else. We enjoyed the unique family suite with upstairs and downstairs. Pool was nice too. Only complaint was that my kids did not like the breakfast options but they are super picky!

I loved that the rooms came with a fireplace and good air conditioning. The rooms were clean for the most part. I did find a hair on one towel so that was a little disappointing. There’s swan towels throughout the room and that was a cute addition. Each room has two robes and slippers and lots of towels. While the bathroom was clean it was also a little outdated. The shampoo, conditioner, and body soap were of higher quality. For the money you spend per night it’s not worth it, but if it was a cheaper price, it’s a cute hotel to stay at. The biggest issues: I did not like the receptionist I found her to be rude both when coming in and when calling. There was mold on the lamp and had to change rooms due to an ant issue. Hotel was quick to offer another room at a slightly cheaper price. While ants or bugs can be one of those things that are out of people’s control, I found that the situation could have been handled better. In other hotels where this has occurred I’ve had the entire stay comped and the room upgraded immediately. In this occasion I had only one night comped and I had to push and call several times to get just one night comped. For reference I had found ants in the bed and in the bath.
