The room was not as described. It was more like a motel room than a hotel room. The bed was very uncomfortable. The bathroom was extremely tiny and hard to get in and out even for a 9 year old. No swimming pools or hot tubs at this facility. The property is actually worse looking than the country inn next door but way more over priced than the country inn. I was very disappointed with this place. I’m never going to stay at any best western ever.

Great place to sleep. Good breakfast bar. Gets busy though. I had to go to main desk and ask for fresh towels and wash cloths. The room was not cleaned daily. Trash cans on property were overflowing at times. It was just an ok hotel. It suited our needs.

Stay was average. Nothing crazy. The breakfast in the morning was nice. My room didn’t have a shower curtain. So that was odd. But I let the front office staff know at time of checkout. Don’t think I would stay again, but it was just a place to lay our heads.

I loved the location, but the bathroom was really small and the curtains leaked water while taking a shower. So the floor got wet and dirty. The breakfast was mediocre, I wish they had more options.

The shower did not drain there was mold floating in the water when we attempted a shower. Used tissues from previous guests stuffed behind the bed. Filthy walls and floors. When we complained the management refused to rectify, even after an Expedia agent reached out to assist. Spend the extra $50 and stay somewhere else!!! Do not be fooled by the Best Western name the company should revoke this from this particular MOTEL at best!!

Beds were comfortable however the room was not clean. Don’t take your shoes off your socks will be black. Shower was dirty. Curtain was torn and moldy. No hot water. It was close to Marina beach which was windy and desolate. No other amenities without driving. Freeway was right there so very noisy and thin walls could hear everything next door as well. Outside areas were worn rusty and dated. The breakfast was limited but okay if you like waffles. We were on a budget so get what you pay for. We made it work and have been in worse hotels but this is not it if you’re looking for something nicer.

Disappointing Stay – More Like a Motel 6 Our stay was disappointing and not at all what we expected based on the property description. The room was very outdated and not properly cleaned. When we arrived late at night, none of the lights were working—they were unplugged, and the TV was also unplugged and not set up to use. We had to call staff, who were friendly and helpful, to come fix it and get the TV working. The air conditioning unit didn’t work during our stay, which was uncomfortable, but honestly, that was just one of several issues. The walls are extremely thin—you can clearly hear guests in other rooms showering, using the bathroom, and talking. During our visit, there were a lot of younger guests partying late into the night, and the noise was constant. One set of neighbors was smoking weed, and the smell easily came through the adjoining door to our room. Unfortunately, this property felt more like a low-budget motel than what we were expecting. I wouldn’t recommend it unless you’re okay with a bare-bones, noisy stay.
