I love how it was right off the water. But our flight got in that Friday morning but had to wait until almost 3 in the afternoon to go to our room. Even though we were able to eat and swim I could understand a couple hours but pretty much all day.

The working staff is wonderful. The upper staff does not give the working staff any raises or any recognition when reviews are written for them. I came to the front desk and told them the shower was leaking, I slipped and fell because of that they did not fix it until three days later. Coffee was not left in the room for three days. Water was not left in the room for two days. Mold is all around the pool edges and on the curtains in our room. No one came to check on this. This resort is going downhill and we stayed on the luxury side. What a shame I even spoke to a supervisor who did nothing about this. The owners are putting all the money in their pocket and not dispersing it to the staff what a shame. Mosquitoes were all in the room. I got bit three times and my husband was killing several. That’s ridiculous!

I loved everything about this place. The only hiccup is, the entertainment staff on ground rallied me to sign up for a show that I didn’t go to but at check out I had to pay for it because it was charged to my room. They need to train their staff to use clear language to avoid making their guests feel scammed

We had a wondeful time. Most of the staff was super nice and attentive. The front desk made multiple calls to make sure we were enjoying ourselves. This was our second time at the location and thrid in Jamaica overall. Definitely plan on going back with family.

The first night we went to the Japanese restaurant (the restaurant part not the hibachi) where a baby roach came of my plate after eating most of my food. It moved so fast my spouse talked me into thinking it was maybe an ant. We went about our vacation when we went back a few days later to enjoy the hibachi section where went I went to the restaurant it was confirmed what I thought the first night. When reporting it the offered me a 75$ card shop as if that would fix it. Did not shut the restaurant down even though it also was connected to the buffet restaurant. I feel woman waitresses seems seemed to target me because I was with someone else my race. (Not only myself felt this but my sister did also) the would state something was available but you could see they coming out giving the same thing to other guest. They wouldn’t come check on us or give us refills. The one lady from the knife named Abigail was reported due to the services and as we seen her in passing she was sucking her teeth at us. I would state the gentleman there were extremely nice especially Odean who was so amazing the who trip.

This was a girls trip and I was sharing the room with a friend. When booking, we requested a double room/2 queen beds. Upon arrival, to our surprise we were assigned a king room. The staff were unapologetic almost rude, and they didn’t even offer us any comps to make up for the error. Their attitude was like oh well. We asked to speak with the general manager, one of the young ladies who initially checked us in said she was the general manager. We asked for a business card and was told that they didn’t any. We had to make the most of the stay. When we would walk through the resort, staff members would not speak, we would speak first and then they’d respond. Other resort guest were more friendly than staff. The resort is all inclusive and says the mini bar is restocked. But that’s not true, you only get 1 small bottle of rum upon arrival. They do give you 2 bottles of water daily. The have several restaurants and 2 buffets. One of the buffets changes to their Brazilian steakhouse after 6:00 in the evening. The food at the steakhouse was ok. The Jasmin Buffett had a great breakfast selection, but I did notice that French toast was reused to make grilled cheese 😩they had a Caribbean night and the food was very good. The drinks were ok at the bars and were made with mid liquor, we opted to pay for top shelf. The pool was nice, DJ played good music. I would not go back to this resort nor recommend it.

Firstly it was my second time at this hotel group. I went to the other side years ago. Upon arrival I met Holly who showed me to my room she was nice she did very good. Now the next night we went outside to an event came back to the room only to see the lights were off in the room and it smells like bleach and not much cleaning cause we still had used towels in the room. Housekeeping was done at night which was never made clear to us upon checking in. Now the supervisor or who ever she was her name was Carla she told me its something they do after I went to the front desk to complain. She didn't even apologise for the lack of information instead she brushed off the issue and was only asking me if I will continue with the service. Just because she heard my Jamaican accent. Now the front desk person didn't even give me a card to collect towels from the pool I had to go get one. The elevator was not working at one point and we stayed on the 3rd floor. Not to mention the guest parking was so far it was like driving down to discovery bay and if you didn't have the cart services available after 12midnight you had to be walking a good 15mins to get to your room. It was very dusty and rocky my feet would end up white because of the dirty. Total turn off. It was so noisy the last two days because they were fixing something somewhere and again no one cared to let the guest know that they would be working on another room. I couldn't even sleep those times because of the noise.
