I recently stayed at the Grand Palladium and would rate the experience as average. The resort itself was nice, but not as clean as I expected. There were plenty of restaurants to choose from, and while most of the staff were friendly, some came across as annoyed—especially at the jerk spot on the beach. Check-in was frustrating as I had to wait hours for my room to be ready, and once inside, there was no hot water. One night, the lights went out in the room, but to be fair, the issue was handled quickly by staff. Another downside was the constant soliciting around the resort—it felt pushy, and the massage offers turned out to be a scam. The gift shop was also extremely overpriced. Overall, the stay had both positives and negatives, but it didn’t quite live up to the expectations I had for the resort.

From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable. Our oceanfront property was nothing short of stunning—waking up every day with the view of the crystal-clear Caribbean Sea was truly breathtaking. The resort offers a variety of exciting excursions, making it the perfect spot for both relaxation and adventure. We enjoyed exploring local attractions and getting immersed in the rich culture of Jamaica. The all-inclusive package made the experience even better—food and drinks were readily available, and we never had to worry about additional costs. Whether it was refreshing cocktails by the pool or delicious meals at the various restaurants, everything exceeded our expectations. The staff at Grand Palladium was extremely friendly and accommodating, ensuring we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The food options were diverse, with multiple cuisines to satisfy all tastes. Our favorite part was having unlimited access to both food and drinks—truly a hassle-free vacation! The resort’s facilities were well-maintained, with lush tropical gardens, clean pools, and luxurious spa services. Love this property perfect for families. Me and my two boys had a blast and the food was amazing in all the restaurants and in the buffet. The staff was very accommodating and made sure we were good. The only downside to me personally was all the stair we were on the third floor and not use to stairs and after a full day of fun the stairs can be a lot but other than that everything was goodvin my book. The staff always made sure to say goodmorning amd always asked we were ok.

Staff is friendly. Edmund the one that stocks the fridge is Amazing. We had a cockroach in our room. They refused to let us get a new room. Sent a man with bug spray. Sprayed where we saw it left and house keeping mopped. Room older some moldy spots in bathroom. Ate at the italian restaurant server never brought us drinks. Asked more than once. Went and got them ourselves. Went to the sports bar waited over and hour and no one would serve us. Had to go to our room and order room service. Which is $18 a plate.My friends room a pipe busted in the bathroom. Also someone charged a bottle of wine to their room. Took talking to 2 people to get the charge removed. Its an okay place thats it.

This property is very beautiful and clean… however, the rooms could use some updating. My daughter and I enjoyed our stay. The pools are beautiful and well maintained. There were plenty of activities to do. We had a great time at the white party and the silent disco. The nightly shows were pretty good as well. The food was delicious. My daughter loved the fresh mango. When eating at the buffets, make sure to go early because they don’t always refresh the food after it’s gone. The virgin drinks were better than the alcoholic drinks!! Overall, we had a great time. We just needed one more day!!

I loved that they actually had the real Jamaican food right around the clock! With other mixtures. All the staffs were wonderful the ladies & gentleman in the front, the cleaning ladies, the waitress's, chefs, entertainment crew, the drivers, last but not least the ground man!!! The only good thing about this resort was the food and the transportation 6-7. The cleanliness was trash, they barely had linens for the rooms. The staff in the specialty dining was amazing but the staff in the Xtra Sports Bar was the worst. They never cleaned off the tables in the buffet dining room and that bar. I seen a fellow vacationer cut his foot from glass in the pool and blood was all on the ground around the pool and they never cleaned up the blood. The pool had floating dirty cups I was only in the pool just one day out of my 5 day vacation. I would not recommend this resort, I would never go back.0/100 experience.

As a returning guest, I totally miss the jerk hut that used to be right on the beach! The staff is all very friendly, but the bathroom basics (soap, shampoo, towels) fell shy of expectations, with near daily requests for replenishments.

Overall beautiful property and great pool. Over the years I have noticed a decline in the quality of the food and alcohol. They have highly trained bartenders but the drinks taste weird because they’re using bottom shelf /no name liquor and overly processed juice/drink. I understand you have to take shortcuts but not to this extreme with this price point. Give the people better quality drinks and food. I can’t leave without thanking Kadedra Buchanan. She went over and beyond to make our stay worthwhile.

I love that I didn’t have to go off the resort if I didn’t want to. We have everything and more for our comfort.
