Well I liked the place, it is a huge with clean pools and many restaurants. The food was decent on the buffet but the Ala Carte restaurant's had small portions. As far as the people that work there most were friendly and a few were rude. They have live entertainment a few nights a week of all types from a Bob Marley live band, a regga band which was in similar fashion. I feel they should do a few nights of 80's music or a Theme to go with the 11:00 Karaoke which should start maybe at 10pm. The highlight of the trip were the day excursions. The Blue Hole, Dunbar Waterfalls and Horseback riding were great . The service bars does not have decent liquor. Not a great selection. I think they should upgrade the bar instead of pushing everything rum rum, rum.

The pool and drinks were ok. Bad experience with reserving a restaurant, Don Pablo. We were told wrong reservation time for dinner. When we showed up they couldn’t find our reservation and there we were - 3 adults and 3 kids - starved at 9:30 at night wondering where and when to eat. When they found our reservation- the person at the front desk of Don Pablo went to ask Chef only to tell us 10 mins later that they couldn’t cook/make any more meals. Horrible and awful service experience.

The service in the hotel is extremely slow. We had to line up to eat multiple times a day even though there were many free seating choices. Once inside dining the waiters would take super long to come and bring us a high chair or ask for drinks. Once they brought us drinks we never saw them again. If you need anything for your room be prepared to wait. We got there the first night and our room was missing towels, no blankets, no drinks in the fridge. We had to go buy water because it took so long for anyone to come and we had our daughter with us who needed water and needed to go to sleep. Multiple days the garage with diapers in it was not emptied so we had to make sure we left it right by the front door because it seemed the room cleaners did not bother to go to the other side of the room. Overall for the money we paid it was not worth it. I love Bahia Principe resorts and have been to three different ones in different countries and have never had any issues but this was a real disappointment.

Overall the resort was good just small things here and there you to be fix. One the sheet on the bed need to be change often because my first night there i got rash hives on my arms and legs wasn't too please with that. The bathroom tub and shower was dirty and i informed the housekeeping and nothings was done.One of the house keepers took the face cover off my watch that pissed me off all the way. The food wasn't all that, i only enjoy the jerk chicken thats all. My son love pizza and he was not please with taste.

Most of the staff were friendly and helpful, however the buffet staff were slow with your drinks and not very helpful. The buffet food was subpar including the juices. However the staff at the bar was very friendly and polite.

Do not come to this resort

the resort itself I will never return to and will be informing those I know not to come here. They failed to provide a rolling bed to the room. I called about 6 times to guest services and they kept saying they will provide me with one. I requested one and sheets from 4pm to 10pm. At 230am I had to go to the lobby and get irate for them to finally tell me "we don't have one" then manager stated he will get one. Which he did delivered it at 3am. When I asked for compensation one manager offered $75, I went to guest services to tell them about it and they said we can only offer you a "bottle of wine". Our first time ever in Jamaica and this resort, never again.

We had a wonderful stay at Bahia Principe Jamaica! The food was delicious, the restaurants were spacious, and I especially enjoyed the coffee. Our room was very comfortable and the views were beautiful — the whole family truly enjoyed the experience. The resort is a bit far from the town, so it's not very convenient to go off-site, but the service and facilities more than make up for it. We’ll definitely consider choosing Bahia Principe again for future vacations!

I Liked the Room I had in Pools and The Buffets were always open , only Thing that disappointed me was for My Birthday I couldn't Do a Reservation For my Birthday two days in advance in Other resorts in the past they always did It for me in one day in advance this place No , house keeping was great , front desk Was helpful , only the bar tender by the Lobby upset me cause he didn't wanna Give me a straw at 6:00 pm -6:30 Pm And my son is special needs that upset Me big time he said only for frozen drinks With a big attitude.

All inclusions was nice, the meals were delicous. The pools were awesome, drinks weren't that great but they were good enough. One of the bad things was staff was a bit slow.
