Cleanliness throughout entire resort food was great customer service was great except staff at excellence club reception I arrived at 11:30am on 7/7 with a group of 4 they did not allow us to check in untill 2:30pm despite multiple requests for early check in.

The staff was really nice, and at your service, all needs were addressed and taken care of. Down service was a nice plus! Linens on bed were made every day. Robes and slippers are in room. Restaurants were good but we really enjoyed “The Grill” it was AMAZING! Such a great ribeye so flavorful. — the pool service was great! A team member was over to our seating area every 15-20 ish minutes to inquire on whether or not we needed anything such as food or drinks. The JERK HUT is a good hit too! Theater performances were great. We will be back!

The resort is laid back and friendly. The staff at the Martini bar especially Christopher and Jessie were great. The food was good and service was on island time. Dave at the seafood resturant was fun and great service. The beach was beautiful and our Anniversary dinner on the beach was fantastic. House keeping missedbus 1 day but was good. Overall relaxing vacation.

Pure luxury, with everything available and comfortable. The only issue was the bartender, maybe just too tired, did not take our order and said sure we will bring it. An hour later found out that he never put the order and that the order process was to go to the cashier, which could have been easily communicated but he decided not to. That's the reason for the three star staff review, otherwise all other staff were polite and attentive.

This resort was so clean. Every restaurant’s menu was always cooked to perfection. I enjoyed how this resort was orchestrated with landscaping and all. I will be coming back every 2 years on my anniversary like I did this 34th anniversary.
