The Moon Hotel exceeded my expectations and is highly recommended. The restaurant services and breakfast offerings were excellent Management and particularly Ivan was absolutely outstanding.

Shower was a little challenging, hard to get hot water running, once we figured the system out,plenty of hot water!! Staff very helpful

I initially booked a room that I thought had a view of the river based on the pictures and I didn’t. The hotel was also completely booked so though I was willing to pay a difference nothing was able to be done. My room was really small but the bathroom was nice. I also received an old school key to access the room. There was some water leaking only around my room when I entered and when I asked if the hotel could accommodate changing rooms, thank God they obliged. My new room was much bigger and modern but still had no view at all, not even of a garden but I was still much happier there than my initial room. If you’re booking, try to book the Alfieri side instead of the Charme side. The view of the river right outside the hotel is so breathtaking and the hotel is close to so many shops. Everything was at most a 15 minute walk so it’s centrally located. My flight was avery early and the hotel was able to coordinate a taxi for me in the wee hours of the morning and offered a to go breakfast box. Be on time for your taxi as the meter starts running as soon as they get there whether you’re checked out yet or not. I would stay here again but book earlier to get the view I wanted.
