Great little hotel in heart of city

Magical location, pools, staff, property.

More quiet residential area of Firenze in walking distance of center but away from the crowds. No elevator and two flight of stairs.

The staff was great from when we checked in to the time we left. The rooftop bar was amazing every evening to overlook Venice and the location couldn’t be better for those who like an inter-city hike and time at the museums. We travelled with our children and they loved it as well. Only two small issues were some ants in the room, and the shower drain seemed to be quite plugged. I am sure those are easily fixed and would not stop me from coming again. Worth every Euro, must be one of the best places in downtown Florence.

This hotel is in a great central location, freshly renovated, great beds and double glazing for quiet. The breakfast was great and staff helpful
