Our room was not ready when we were promised. The staff were rude and unresponsive. Expedia refused to be give us a refund so we were forced to stay there. The sheets felt like sand paper. You could hear every single sound/word spoken in the building and outside. Would never stay there again.

Seamless check in at this spacious property in a hip section of Montreal. It was like being in French speaking Brooklyn.

It was a horrible experience. Contact with the hotel was non existent. We booked then had to rebook a new hotel because we didn’t receive check in instructions as it was self check in and there was nobody at the actual property. Then they refused to refund me after the fact. Do not book this hotel.

Nice apartment in old Montreal. Super center so sometime it can be a little bit noisy but nothing manageable
