Montebello Vacation Packages

The rooms lacks finishing touches that were quite noticeable. There is no hooks or bars in the entire room including bathroom to hang toilets. The bathroom was quite small and the only mirror in the whole hotel room was located there. We had several issue with our key card not letting us into the room. Requiring us several trips to the front desk to sort out. On arrival we had to get maintenance to open our door due to the door stopper being latched. Upon check out it took 45 mins to get our car from the valet parking. The rooms were clean and the staff were polite; however, the price was not worth all these small inconvenience.

The staff was so very helpful and gentile. Room was clean, well maintained and comfortable bed. Shower also was very nice. Breakfast croissants were best I've ever had!

Staff didnt have proper items in their first aid kit. Room felt a bit old. I guess for the weekend (osheaga) and location it was a decent price. Room was clean and AC worked very well. Tiny bathroom
