Great location but dated rooms

Great location in the village and mediocre free breakfast are the main highlights. Otherwise our room had a musty smell and lacked that crisp, clean feeling you would expect from a decent hotel. The bed was soft and the linens were loose. The bathroom faucet kept falling off. I would be hesitant to recommend this hotel to anyone.

The location was very convenient and easy to walk around. The pool was very nice with a large hot tub. We didn't like the mattresses and we didn't sleep well. I booked 2 Lofts with Murphy bed but I only got 1 room with Murphy bed which made us very unhappy. There is only 1 shared washroom and shower which is very inconvenient for party of 6. The Loft was very dark in lighting at night. Ventilation was very minimal and when cooking, smells stay for some time.

Mediocre overall

Woken up twice by fitted bedsheet being wrong size and snapping out of place. Overall cleanliness so so. Free breakfast was free of nutrients. Noise level quite high at night (fridge, neighbors, cars) Pool was very good and bed comfort also good.

Nice cozy hotel. It is not as lavishing as other Hiltons but it was still a nice stay. I commend the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff.

It is close to the mountain gondola stations. Many restaurants and shops are nearby. It is by the main stage and we could enjoy live music from our window.

The room was not ready though supposed 4 pm.We did get the room 5:30 pm.The manager promised to wave the change for parking for one car I guess.When we we’re checking out nothing what was promised wasn’t done and it took us quite a time to prove that that what he said.The room was not cleaned properly,one of the bass diver cover was not changed (a lot of stains were and blond hair.
