Property was as describe, view was perfect, easy to find. Very clean AC wasn’t the best, however, we visited from the US so our AC is very cold. We never saw the owners, they left check-in instructions. They were semi- responsive già whatsapp. Bed is a very firm mattess.

paid 100 euros extra for a room with balcony, no scenery but street, not worth it at all, don’t recommend only see once the water jar in the lobby, no free water any other time, no ice. less than 5 minutes walk to the train station is a big plus though

Rosabianca is truly an amazing place. The staff is outstanding, and the way they treated us was incredible, paying attention to every detail during both check-in and check-out. The team is professional, well-educated, and genuinely kind. The views are beautiful, and the food is excellent. I will definitely visit Rosabianca many more times.
