We checked in after driving for hours, the check in woman was rude and impatient There is a massive glass partition - she couldn’t hear me- probably as there’s a huge partition - and was irritated so made me write down all our info on a scrap paper. There was no help with luggage - we check into room - lights burnt out- no kitchen items aside from cups- thermostat doesn’t work properly the room was very hot even though it was 10 degrees outside, couldn’t open patio doors as the road was too loud old TVs - can’t stream no app options just local channels- I guess the draw is the casino- we booked a 1 bed 1.5 bath suite - it was ok but I wouldn’t recommend if you’re not going to casino We ate in the pub - husband had pasta I had clam chowder - another couple behind us were loudly complaining how bland the food tasted - they weren’t wrong 😑

The hotel is clean and rooms large however they are very dated for the almost $300 per night that is asked. Hotel should be half the price. Also fees changed last minute... I had emailed asking damage deposit amount. Was told $50 per night, got to hotel it was now $200... when I checked my credit card, it was actually $204.
