Fair at best

We stopped here on our way to Vegas. The first experience was from the desk clerk when I asked if we could have a bottom floor room due to our age and having to haul suit cases up stairs (no elevator) and was told you booked the cheap room with Hotels.com and no changing rooms. The hotel was below 1/3 full at best. Our room was in the back and don't believe there was anyone else in the wing. Entered our room and found it ok at first. looked at the couch and there was a large stain on the cushion. When we set our bags on the counter I noticed burnt food on the stove top. We tried to use the microwave and nothing even checked the plug and yes it was plugged in. The wife went to wash her hands and the sink wouldn't drain, I removed the sink basket and found a piece of plastic blocking the drain. We went out on the balcony and I didn't feel too safe with many broken tiles and a little soft. Unlike the bed that was very firm.

The only negative was the TV would come on at MAX Volume. When i told the desk person they said yep it does. Why would you not fix the issue if you know about it. We did enjoy our stay and the fiod at Gracian's was outstanding. Highly recommend their Mexican food.

We love this hotel. It’s easy to get to, has a great restaurant nearby, a walking path to stretch out your legs. The beds are super comfortable and our dog just loves it. Their coffee in the morning is also good.

The hotel seemed more like a motel, not very clean and could use some updating to the rooms. It’s noisier than expected. Would likely not stay here again since it was for business and I needed adequate rest to do surgeries the following day!

They don’t have an elevator.. disappointing. No USB or regular outlets near the bed to use for charging devices. Breakfast was mediocre. Hotel appears outdated on the interior. I will pass on staying here again
