While the property is new, the front desk is in need of customer service training also they are understaff, the front desk had to do laundry chores, this takes away from her duties at the front desk, the check-in clerk was nice and efficient but needs assistance the management was nowhere to be seen in 2 days straight.

I wish I could upload photos, there were pubic hairs in the tub, they had no shampoos nor soap for the shower I had to go get them from the front desk, the hallway had many stains as well as a fresh dog poop, it is a shame that such a new and nice property was not very clean, I wanted to stay somewhere else for the second night but it was prepaid and I would loose the money, as a repeated guest it was a let down. Hopefully tonight is better.
We decided not to shower due to all the hairs and the outer stain on the tub.

Never Again

Went to visit my granddaughter. She said they had a new hotel in town, so we decided to try it. Arrived at 2 in the morning. Desk clerk was efficent. They gave us a room on the first floor so we could take our dog outside. Walked in through the side entrance walking through people milling around. We walked into our room and crickets were sounding loudly and walking around. Called front desk and she gave us a room on the second floor. After settling in we noticed they had a full kitchen, but no coffie maker, no pots, pans or cups. Just a bare kitchen. The bathroom only had 2 bath towels and two face towels. No hand towels or hair dryer. Next day I asked for more towels and was given a charge. This place is bare bones. Next morning we ordered breakfast to be delivered using the address provided on information in the room. The delivery person said he could not locate the hotel with the info we gave him. We described the area we were at and he found it. The desk clerk said all printed info had a wrong address on it. Why would they not correct it. They dont have a laundry area or ice machine. I have never stayed in such a bare bones hotel. I will never stay at this place again.

Let me start with what I didn’t like I asked for a pet-FREE room because of my allergies, they gave me a room with a bed full of black hairs of a pet. I had to use my roller to remove it. I also killed two crickets inside my room. The floors of my room were filthy. I had to use my disinfecting wipes and clean the whole floor with my hands. I was so upset. The reason that I chose not to change rooms was because my children and I were exhausted from a long drive and we had already put all of our luggage in the room. In my opinion, if it’s a brand new hotel that just opened in May, cleanness should be at its best. Very disappointing. Also, my room was facing the street so at night all the cars pulling in headlights will brighten my room at night when I was trying to sleep. It’s probably better to get the room on the opposite side facing the freeway. Also, since it’s a busy area at night, the ambulance kept waking me up. However, what I did like was that the rooms had a refrigerator, a sink, a stove, and a microwave. Lots of room for closet. The front desk girl told me that people rent the rooms for about a whole month at times. When I checked in, the girl was eating food in the front desk. It didn’t seem to bother her as it looks so unprofessional. I believe I will stay here again, even though it has a lot of thumbs down, due to the lack of hotels in the area. Sad…

Great stay. Only thing was had to wait an hour to check in from when you are supposed to because of an inspection of the room. Overall great location and great hotel.

They had panda express in and out Hawaiian bbq and Starbucks all in same shopping center. Very clean no frills property at reasonable price. Definitely would stay again
