The room was clean and comfortable. The outside of the building in the back was unkempt. It gave the impression that the inside might not be nice, which was not the case . Our room, however, was great.
The first room I was given had not even been cleaned. The second room when I went to take a shower looked like it hadn’t been cleaned as there were hairs on the shower walls, the faucet in the tub dripped constantly. There was a towel that had hair on it. The toilet took forever to flush. The only positive was the bed was pretty comfortable.

Budget accommodation.
OK at best. Room pretty good and clean, bathroom ok, low noise. No elevator. Breakfast poor in small crowded room. Lobby and halls rather dingy. Desk clerk quite slow.
Place was a Dump. Thought I was going to fall through the shower floor. Hairdryer didn't work. Place has not been kept up and is in desperate need of a remodel. Carpet looked like it had been there since the 80's. Guy at front counter looked like was was changing the oil on his car as he was working. He is also in desperate need of a dental plan! If this is what Wyndham has turned into I will never stay in another.

When I checked in the room I was assigned to119 was not cleaned, I was re assigned to room 117. The next morning the a/c did not work and the toilet overflowed. I went to the front desk and notified a lady who in turn notified the housekeeper who gave me a plunger and towels to clean the mess up. We asked to be moved to a different room and was told yes as soon as one was available the hotel would call and we could move our belongings, I did receive a call at 10:57am on 4/26 I moved our belongings to room 111. At 9:33pm I received a phone call stating that there was some type of mix up and my belongings were moved back to room 117 because room 111 was rented to some one else and they were in the room. I asked if a specific item that was in the bedside drawer had been moved and the answer I received was "no I didn't know it was there and I will go get it and move it". Upon retuning to the hotel I still wasn't given an explanation to why my personal belonging were moved other than it wasn't properly noted in the system, yet I had a key to the new room? and I didn't know your name? yet I received a phone call to tell me my belongings had been moved-they had my phone number- the other person in my party had personal property missing and police report has been filed. Room 117 was not properly cleaned due to toilet overflow the carpet was wet and had not been properly shampooed. We had no were else to stay the town was completely booked when asked for a refund I was told to the you

Overall the rooms were in acceptable condition, but the breakfast area could use more cleaning and equipment maintenance.
1 out of 5 stars.
Just about the only decent thing about this hotel is they offer a place to sleep. The hotel itself is poorly maintained and in desperate need of some managers that care.
We arrived to lots of different signs saying we’d be charged for damages and /or removing cases from things. I get it. We should be charged but it’s discouraging (and annoying) to see so many signs posted.
The stairwells looked like they hadn’t been vacuumed in weeks, and the hand rail was literally falling off the walls. The window in the room was cracked and “repaired” with blue painters tape.
The breakfast area is small and needs more area for the number of guests the hotel supports.
There were random hoses and extension cords hanging off and stretched out across the building. WiFi was VERY slow. Just about everything outside the building, as well as some of the inside surfaces needed to be repainted, repaired or replaced.

Disliked: Staff & service
I recently stayed at this hotel and, unfortunately, it didn’t quite meet my expectations. The property feels quite dated and could really use some updates. Cleanliness was also an issue — the room didn’t feel as fresh or well-maintained as I had hoped. The staff was friendly, which I appreciated, but overall, the experience left a bit to be desired. With a bit of renovation and more attention to cleanliness, this place could be much better.
The motel cleaning staff did not clean half a cup of consumed food from a previous stay. We ended up throwing that away from the refrigerator. The food was continental breakfast. Items like milk was stale, and the raisin bran cereal was hardened. Looks like the cereal was months old. All items were dated and need a major renovation. For the insane price we paid for a night at Moab(175, I guess), we expected an average service but it was far below our lowered expectations.
When we tried to check in after our check in time, nobody was at the front desk and we were told someone would be back in 10 minutes. After 20 minutes we called the front desk and an employee answered and told us we had to wait for our check in time even though it was past the time.

Convenience is the key term. Very convenient area-wise. The place is kind of old/dingy but okay for one night. It’s all about the access to the National Parks and Moab. Hence probably triple the expected prices.
It is the most run down scary looking place in town! Hallway smelt like pee, and there was a mark on the wall that looked like it was peed on. Had two rooms that had gaps in doorway, looked like they both been kicked in. The manager was super nice. Though.

Just okay. Not great, but not the worst either.
Older motel. Noisy, you could hear the people above you walking around late at night and hear them talking. The rooms were clean and it was a good value. Breakfast was good. Outside could have been cleaned up to be more presentable in my opinion. Pool was small and not open when we were there.
