I wanted my refund back, after i found out there was no pool. The person there said its on there website am sure it wasn't. So i just stay because all other hotel had no vacancy. The room had a weird odor. Not going to stay there anymore for sure.
Really great hospitality and very very close to the Arches National Park.

The room was clean and the continental breakfast was okay. However, the customer service was not the best. Starting with check-in, no one greeted me—I had to wait about 10 minutes before someone showed up. Then, on the day of checkout, the housekeeper knocked on my door twice. If checkout is at 11, what’s the hurry to clean the room while people are still trying to rest? Overall, the location is great just a few minutes from downtown.

Upon arrival, we found that the pool was closed, in the summer with a sign that said "closed for the season". It was 100+ degrees out and I hwve 4 kids. We immediately asked for a refund. However, we were forced to check in for one day and be still charged for 1 day. The rest would be "refunded". The guy at the front was polite and friendly. Outside of building was in poor shape and the hotel had a very strong "odor".

We did not have a great experience. We requested a first floor room for a service dog. We checked in, unloaded the car, took our shoes of and noticed that the carpet was squishy wet. (Laundry room flooded) They didn’t have another first floor room and no elevator. I did get help moving our stuff to the second floor. Then the manager had to get the TV to work. We had a chance to chat with the property manager who seemed very nice but it would have been nice to have gotten a break on the room rate which was high for that property.

There was never anyone at the desk, the pool was out of order, the toilet seat was broken, the shower was “something” with its condition, the hot water machine and cereal dispenser at breakfast were both broken. On a good note, the beds were comfortable and the water was hot.
The pool is non working. The Manager told me he has let Expedia know. I tried to rectify it with Expedia. My options were to cancel and if the Hotel would refund my money 7 to 10 business days, I could go to another hotel. That was with the chat rep. I tried to call, the robot hung up on me. I will not use Expedia again.
Room was not cleaned the next morning housekeeping showed at 2:30, no one at front desk ever, pool closed, coffee machine not working, broken handle on toilet not fixed, very poor customer service, Did get vanity drain working.

This place was fine for an overnight stay, but nothing great. It is old and the room was in much better shape than the rest of the hotel, which was nice.
The floors were dirty. Looked like they hadn’t been vacuumed for a while. Our room shower had a leak. Heard water all night. The room didn’t have a CLEANED feeling. The pool had a cover on it. It was 95 outside. We wanted to get in a pool. Breakfast didn’t look appealing at all. We went to maverick and grabbed something there.
