Room was incredibly hot, soap pump did not work, toilet needed to be flushed 2-3 times for it to work.

This was my first visit to Cork, and while the city wasn’t one of my favorites in Ireland, staying at Hayfield Manor was a highlight of the trip. The hotel is beautiful, and the experience felt like a world away. Everything was spotless and felt fresh and modern. We had dinner at the hotel’s restaurant, and the food was absolutely delicious. Breakfast was fantastic too, with so many choices, including plenty of healthy options. Hayfield Manor made our stay in Cork truly special.

Breakfast was good and front desk staff were friendly and helpful. On arrival the room had packets of sweets, a bottle top and a coin under one of the beds (partly showing) and things were quite dusty. Bed sheets/towels were fine. Stairs down to reception had dust/cobwebs/dead flies on windows. Tv in room didn’t work.

Beautiful hotel with river and city views. Numerous places to have drinks or dine. Walking distance to restaurants and shopping.

Perfect. No notes. Loved it.
