There were a few things that weren't good. One of the beds looked like it was just slept in, the toilet didn't flush, the refrigerator wasn't on and seemed to be moved from it's normal spot, and the sink would not drain very good. That is the jist of it.

Very disappointed. General property was not well maintained or clean. Our room smelled like a sewer due to sewer gas coming up the drain. Staff was minimal help. Only sealed drain, so sink couldn’t be used. Awful, and ended up charging us full price. Will never stay there again. Other hotels in area are much better. The only thing we liked there was the cute ambiance with bear figurines.

It was a nice stay. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom sink was stuck down. A bit of mold in the bathtub. Desk clerk was very nice. Breakfast was good.
