Lotus Hotel is such a nice spot! Super clean, cozy, and the staff is really friendly. I loved the breakfast too — it made the stay super easy and comfortable.

How did this hotel get an excellent rating? Don’t stay here, it was really gross. There was rust in the shower & mould in the corner of the bathtub—as pictured. My duvet cover had a stain on it. The hallways were dirty. Everything was in desperate need of an update.

My "go to" hotel in KC

Always have had comfortable stays at this location. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Staff is always very friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet is very good. Food is hot and well presented.
