I had a wonderful 10-night stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and professional, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the overall service exceeded my expectations. The location was convenient, and everything was well maintained throughout my stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again in the future.

Hotel is great but I am leaving a poor Review purely with the fact being stranded in Dubai due to the war they are demanding payment and not following UAE law that they must provide accommodation for stranded tourists if they are unable to pay and the hotel manager was unhelpful and didn’t care

The lagoon beach was exceptional, and our room had exquisite decor. However, we did encounter a fly in our room. The front desk had assured us we would have a beach-view room, but that was not the case. Additionally, I found the strong perfume in the lobby to be somewhat overwhelming. On a positive note, the staff was prompt and diligent in helping transport our luggage to the lobby during check-out. Overall, we had a positive experience and will consider staying here again.
