The rooms were adequate but t outdated. The building is old but doesn't not have the old charm to it. Very little is in the way of updating or modernization is done. AC units old and smell of mold. The whole feel of the hotel is old and worn but not run down. Feels like the owners are doing just "enough" to keep it running.

CONS: - ants in bathroom - dust everywhere (check vanity lights) - peeling/chipping paint/wallpaper - DATED, not historical, decor - stained carpet room and hotel - not worth the expense and received no comp for the ANT issue - ants in bathroom even after having us stay out of room for the day so they could spray (2 nights, 3 days - over $1000 suite) PROS: * super staff!!!! * location fabulous - view unforgettable * quiet room * soft comfortable bed * temperature control great * lots of space (no mini fridge)

Love the location. Convenient to shopping and trails. The 2 restaurants onsite are incredible. We did have a ticking noise all night possibly from the air conditioning - it kept us up most of the night. Otherwise, we would recommend this hotel and plan to stay there again.

The room was beyond dated, it felt like it was falling apart..bathtub..had a bunch of half hearted repairs. The overall vibe of the room was creepy haunted room in your oddball family members Home..the location of the hotel was great. The room was not something I would recommend or repeat. The carpet in the ramp was literally damp. If the hotel invested literally 300.00 it would make a huge difference.

We were awoken at 7:30 by banging and construction

When we checked into our hotel, we were not informed that there was renovation work on the roof, directly above our room. The noise was very loud and disruptive-we could not use our balcony until the workers left at 5 pm. The next morning the pounding on the roof started again at 7:30 am. When we complained to the front desk attendant, he was surly and said he was not aware of the repair work and was unable to do anything about it. The room was already overpriced for the size, and being woken up at 7:30 by pounding banging was unacceptable.
