We really liked the close proximity to MOA, the upgrade charge for lounge/breakfast was a great option. Was disappointed in parking fee and the lack of communication on pool maintenance but was happy they were willing to provide a credit due to it not working.

Just okay

Hotel is connected to the mall which is our primary reason for choosing to stay there. Rooms and hallways are getting a bit dirty and ran down, the hallway and room we had smelled musty. The pool are could not be enjoyed as several unattended teens were in there acting out. Also we waited a long while for the hotel shuttle to pick us up from the airport upon arrival.

Property was perfect for us. We chose the hotel because we were going to Mall of America for 2 days to celebrate our son birthday. Being connected to the mall was a huge plus! The rooms were nice, you needed a keycard to get on the elevator, which is great for safety The only issue is no microwave in the room.. but their was a shared one on the 3rd floor

Our stay was wonderful! We were there for a college tour of University of Minnesota and it was only a short Uber drive away. The staff was amazing and the access to the Mall of America was perfect. This will be my go to place to stay when I visit from here out.

Very nice staff and hotel over all. There was a mixup for my ride back to the airport where I waited over a half hour for a shuttle but the drivers didnt seem to know who was going to drive me and what time. I had to go back to the front desk and ask them to please straighten it out. I FINALLY got a ride. Everyone was very nice and coutipus. Rooms were ok and bathrooms were very nice and very clean.
