As usual stay was excellent - wish spa amenities were open to guests and that getting appointments were easier. One of my reasons for staying is access to sauna - would be the best hotel ever if this was fixed.

Breakfast was not included but there was a breakfast option. The pool was wonderful for children as it is only 3’6” deep. The hot rib requires a spa package. The atmosphere was wonderful, the staff was amazing, and the building was absolutely beautiful!

All the staff are amazing and friendly and ready to do anything to make life easier while you’re there. The only downside for me was lack of gluten free options the one restaurant on second floor that had good amount of options per online menu was closed Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday and of course we stayed Tuesday-Thursday. The coffee shop has amazing coffee just like going to a caribou coffee
