Surly night clerk. Torn wallpaper and falling ceiling in lobby. Filthy, garbage-strewn hallways. Broken window glass in room allowing wind to flap drapes. Threadbare linens and towels. Stains and holes in towels. Free breakfast consists of a loaf of white bread and some stale English muffins with no toppings. Ugh!

It was clean for the most part, but when I lifted up the mattress fitted sheet, it looks like someone had puked right on the mattress and they never cleaned it up. I didn’t care I stayed there anyhow, but it was kind of gross. But the customer service was excellent, the shuttle service and being able to park there, instead of at the airport was a really great deal. Very friendly people, I will definitely stay there again. The water pressure was excellent in the shower and they had dove brand soaps, shampoos, conditioners, body wash, and plenty of towels. The pillows were especially nice.

Breakfast was advertised as included. There was no breakfast. They said there would be bagels and serial and coffee. There were no bagels, a very little amount of cereal, a few packets of instant oatmeal and one small carafe of coffee. Property is very old and not kept up. Holes in the walls, no light fixtures, no Kleenex in the rooms, ice machines not working, etc.

Staff seemed indifferent to guests. Very loud until midnight. Went to breakfast at 8:45 and there was nothing. Parking lot needs resurfacing. No documentation in room regarding amenities offered or motel rules. I will be hard pressed to stay there again.

The room was not very clean, stains on sheets, french fries under the bed cobwebs in the corners and the bed was noticeably sunken in in the middle. It was such an uncomfortable sleep we didn't even stay the second night we paid for we got a room somewhere else.

We left (without a refund) 20 min after checking in! The entire facility is extremely run down. Peeling wall paper, dirty floors, cigarette/body odor stench. Our room smelled of urine. There were stains on the carpet, cigarette burn holes on the sheets, hair on the towels and the most used, sunken bed I have ever seen in a hotel room. We did not feel clean or safe enough to even just order pizza and sleep.

Someone checking in a few minutes after me was given a key that opened my door. I think she was mistaken on her room number as she scurried off looking confused at her key card. I didn't notify the front desk, his English was minimal at best. No breakfast at the breakfast room. Needed change to tip the shuttle driver, no change available. Place was kinda run down looking, some crime scene-looking carpet stains in the room. It was a room for the night, expect nothing more.

Ok. The guys were jerks tried to charge me twice. Expected 77$ tax included, the were charging 188$. Need to include deposit' reqd on your website.and early check in fee? Whats that about. I neefed a bed and shower (even at 1 am) to catch nect flight. Just wronh. I said bring back shuttle and slept in a chair at the sarport. If there are charhes for not staying, i will notify my bank as fraud. Snd BTW, some people understand Hindu. They should be more cautious about what they say under their breath. I did not stay there based on MY experience .
