We were put in a fully handicap room that felt more like a hospital than a hotel. The shower was difficult to use and the bed was horrible. There was no soap in the room. The air conditioner did not work and the cable TV was spotty. Overall I was just surprised that this was a Hilton.

The halls and floors were dirty. maintenance is not doing the job at all. Housekeeping ignored do not disturb! The front desk person a Ms. Danielle M was simply outstanding in every way possible. She is a super professional. She should be management. The renovated room was outstanding as well and I love the bathroom. $2.00 for a small bottle of water in the room is criminal and underscores Hilton greed.

Everything was pretty good. Only complaint was I waited about 30 minutes for a shuttle to the mall and it was still not ready. Quick easy walk tho. The cafe across the street, Nomadic was delicious. The amenities at the hotel was great. I enjoyed the bar as well!

The positives: location is great, clean, nice pool The negatives: 1) AC struggled to get temp down to 75, 2) the toilets are the funhouse size (just right for a 3 year old, way too low for everyone else), 3) parking was for pay despite seemingly not having a lot of pressure for parking, 4) shower lacked conditioner (spot was there but no conditioner), 5) not even an offer of service during my multiple day stay, 6) food options in the lobby were odd

The stay was great. The staff was very friendly and helpful in all aspects that we needed except for the driver of the shuttle dropped us off at the wrong terminal took us almost 45 minutes to get to the correct terminal, catching the trains and under rail. What a FK headache

The hotel is fine for a one night stay if arriving into Minneapolis the transport from the airport was very good. Hotel inside is a little dated but the front of house staff were good, I had booked bed and breakfast but it is an up charge which it did mention when I booked so something to look out for. I only have coffee in a morning but most guest just helped themselves to coffee and juice. So no need to pay unless your eating from the limited food on offer

We spent the night here before flying from MSP. We had the hotel shuttle take us to Mall of America for several hours. It was nice to not have to worry about driving. We also used the hotel shuttle to take us to the airport the next morning. Great, friendly drivers! The hotel is very clean, great beds, and very friendly front desk. We would definately stay here again! Just a note - parking here is not free. We didn't have a car but if you do, it will set you back another $20-25 per night.

My experience was okay at this property. I had to switch rooms due to the hvac not working. I was told to come down and switch rooms but I had to wait in line for 30 minutes to be helped which was fine I would have liked to be told before hand that I would have to wait 30 minutes to be given a different room key. On my last day of my stay I noticed that the mattress had stains everywhere which made me extremely uncomfortable and grossed out. If I did not run into those problems I would have had a 5 start stay.
