Check in was welcoming and friendly. I stayed here for 4 nights and it was loud at times during the night. Kids running, jumping really fast and loud. Jeff at the front desk was super nice and helpful. I asked Jeff a few questions and he knew everything about the property and the area. The hotel should be updated. The elevators were out of service one night. The property looks old and has a old security system.

Bad breakfast service.

Expect to be disappointed by the breakfast, service, and the staff's response. They ended breakfast 20 minutes early one day, and the next day ran out of eggs and milk. The only milk alternative on offer was chochokate soy milk. They said "we had it earlier so try to get to breakfast when it opens".

The breakfast area needed attention since we were there on a Sunday morning and lots of people came at 9:30 one half hour before it closed. They were not prepared for that. They also ran out of pool towels early on Saturday evening by 6 pm. Room and bed was clean and comfortable.

The atmosphere was really loud which made it difficult to sleep. The included breakfast lacked selection. At checkout there were three people at the desk all on their cell phones and took several minutes for them to look up and acknowledge me. Hotel is in a great location to restaurants and shopping.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVED THIS HOTEL! Front desk staff were very friendly and check-in was fast! Lobby smelled amazing. Clean and fresh. My room was right off the lobby which I truly appreciated. Room was clean and spacious. Bathroom was impeccable. Water pressure (which is a thing for me) was great! Clean towels. The pool and pool area was clean & very well-maintained. The hot tub was HOT! Jets worked great! Just superb.
