Nice reasonably priced hotel.

Good location, rooms are big & clean, & staff very friendly. Only negative is at the end of the block it looked a little sketchy.

I called in advance to confirm that there is onsite parking. When we arrived, the parking lot was full because the hotel allows event parking at the lot, and there are no spaces reserved for hotel guests. We were told to just figure out different parking (?) and that we simply would not be charged. We ended up finding nothing anywhere near the hotel, had to leave the city and come back later in the night to find a spot. We were not the only people with this issue-- many guests could not find parking.

Stayed here for a WWE event. The gentleman at the front desk was a pleasure to meet. He made the check in easy and gave great advice for a pre show party bar towards the Target Center. Even remembered us in the morning and asked how was Raw. Great customer service!! Will stay here again if we are going to an event downtown.

KB and Tenaia at the front desk were outstanding! Friendly, provided info on where to eat and city tours, and were just so refreshing. The rooms are nice and clean, the shower is nice, the beds are comfortable and the pillows are just perfect. The hotel is in a quiet area so great sleep. I wouldn’t recommend the breakfast but I’d stay here again because of the location and the friendly workers.
