Staff was excellent!! So accommodating, friendly and great service. Our first night we heard loud music on the first floor. They immediately moved our room to the 3rd floor and we didn’t hear a peep all night. Room was very clean and updated on 3rd floor! Highly recommend. Would stay again!

Poorly maintained. Bathroom had leaking faucet, old bathtub/very dinged/chipped, very dirty ceiling (unsure if mold). Soap dispenser was empty. Carpet was so dirty with so many stains and looks like it hasn’t been vacuumed in a very long time. Trash and other items found underneath the bed. The bed cover was visibly stained and dirty. Bed was extremely uncomfortable. Couch had big stains and was visibly dirty. Way overpriced. A very unpleasant experience.

The sink in the bathroom didn’t drain and the toilet didn’t flush well room was OK. Otherwise lots of partying going on in the hallways late at night what was primarily on the first floor and we round the third floor so it didn’t affect our sleep

You don’t know until you get to Hotel that for using a discount site it’s a $150 deposit for the room. Posted black & white 14-20 inch font in a frame on side of desk to make it legal. And the price I paid for room was cheaper than that. It was a hard pill to swallow. The room was okay. Amenities okay. Would I stay again if in a crunch Maybe. Would I go directly to the Hotels site, more than likely because that’s only $100 deposit.

We asked for our room to be cleaned and the top blanket to be replaced as it had a stain, but it was not cleaned. We had to bring this to the staff's attention, and it was done the next day (our last night at the hotel).

Hotel is becoming dated. We stay here twice a year at least. It's less and less nice each time we come. Pool has been lacking in cleanliness the last two times we stayed. We declined to use the pool the last two times.

4 nights, the room wasn't bad. 1 time new towels were brought. Never made up beds, trash emptied. No soap or shampoo in room, pump bottle's in shower all empty but the conditioner bottle.
