I liked the brown man who checked me in. He was kind and intuitive to my family’s needs. My kiddos felt welcomed. I’d definitely come back to this hotel when flying again. It’s super busy here so I take it is popular and obviously a good choice.

Our room was so accommodating. We went to mall of america for my sons birthday. There was enough room for all of us. It was clean. The only con was our room was down the hallway from the pool and people would walk by and bang on our door as a joke around midnight to 1 oclock.

Hotel staff were very pleasant. Bathroom was super clean. Room was a little dark and gloomy. The hotel in general was showing signs of wear. The carpet in our hall was a mess as though trash had spilled and wasn’t completely cleaned up. Breakfast was as expected.

Average Hotel, Not the Cleanest

The hotel was decent overall, but cleanliness could definitely be improved. The shelves were quite dusty, and there were splatters on the walls near the bed and in the bathroom. While the surfaces appeared to have been cleaned, it wasn’t done thoroughly. Additionally, the air conditioning unit was held together with packing tape, which didn’t inspire confidence. If you’re planning to visit the Mall of America, be aware that the walk over isn’t ideal—it felt a bit unsafe, and I wouldn’t recommend walking.
