Saturday night high season in Stillwater

A balance of efficient & paltry led to no soap for the sink. I n eded to use the liquid soap from a dispenser affixed to the shower wall to wash my hands in the sink across the room. Eco-friendly - Radisson could make more progress by eliminating plastic and styrofoam cups and replacing them with paper. The lobby entrance is homely, but the room was more contemporary. Very quiet

Stillwater wedding stay

They could not accommodate a 30 min early check in so we could catch our shuttle ride to a wedding. When we returned T 11 pm, no one was at the desk so we waited 10-15 min for someone to return to the desk. Our calls went unanswered. The hotel lobby and halls were in rough shape and dirty. Two of the three staff interactions were with rude employees. Overall, this property was not worth the top dollar they charged.

They need to unplug their drains both the sink and the toilet and the shower the water just wasn't going down the drains.I would say that is a definite thing to do and also have more towels.

Police came by the hotel on the 4th night I was there. Front desk called saying someone wanted to see me but i didnt know the name handle it decent didnt send the men up as the name was not someone I know at all. I like the checkout leaving the cards in the room and text them out is decent. Place didn't have a lot of Asian place to eat, but walmart and a few places nearby was decent within 5 minutes or 10 max.

We stayed in room 124 as one of us is handicapped and we need the walk-in shower. Taking a shower caused a small flood in the bathroom. The shower floor is not sloped enough, so the bathroom floor becomes very wet almost across to the sink. Easy to slip and fall. We had to get extra towels to block the water. Also, the bathroom door will not fully shut. It is too wide. We won’t stay there again.

Wonderful Staff, Frightening Accomodations

Staff was amazing. Helpful and responsive to any and all requests. The room we had definitely had 'partiers' before us; empty condom boxes, stains on the couch cushions, and a used syringe were found in the bedside drawer. While you can't stop guests from certain activities, cleaning up after them would be appreciated. We are not uploading pictures but do have them should management have any concerns.

Decent hotel

Front desk team was very friendly and accommodating. One thing of note, there is NOT a gym in the hotel. They partner with anytime fitness which is a 3 min drive. Anytime was awesome but if you don’t have a car obviously would be a minor inconvenience. Rooms are ok. Not many creature comforts but that is this brand. Not a slam against the hotel. But you get what you pay for.
