This location is safe and secure. Check-in was fast and friendly. Our room was clean. The pillows were skimpy and the AC was not cold. We loved that there was a bar/restaurant attached. The bartender wasn't very friendly during our stay but the food was good. The night shift front desk attendant is amazing! We will stay again.

The hot tub is one of the reasons we wanted to stay here and we were not notified upon check-in that it wasn't working. The AC was inaccurate and did not work. The handle for our bathroom door fell off. The ice machine was also out of order. The staff was very nice and it seemed clean. The breakfast was very good. It just seemed like a lot of the major amenities needed upgrading.

No air conditioning they will lie to you.

The air conditioning doesn't work! They will tell you that someone's going to be there the next day to fix it and that doesn't happen. The bar is poorly stocked. The hot tub is broken and brown water in it. The secured parking does not work and they still charge you for it. Will not give you any discount for the broken amenities. Wouldn't recommend staying there.

I got charged $15 a day for parking per room when we only had one vehicle and the woman at checkin told me it would be a one time $15 charge.

The front desk gal was amazing. The room was fine, but lacked the space we were hoping for. I was very happy about the shuttle service that was available to get us to the concert we were here for. Overall it was good.
