There was no continental breakfast like it showed on website. Website didn’t say anything about breakfast not available. They did offer some “quick” items but not good for a diabetic! Didn’t say on the website that there was a charge for parking each night. It was very disappointing as there are certain things we look for in a hotel/motel. We mentioned our concerns to desk clerk but she didn’t seem to care or take it seriously. She said she was newer and you could tell by how she handled things!

This have been one of the worst hotel i have ever been. First our room air conditioner didn't work we got switched to a different room the rooms were smelly blanckets smell disgusting. Me thinking this hotel would be amazing since is next to mall of america and it was such a disappointment. They are in renovation so no breakfast that was not mention when i made the reservation i was mad. This was my first time in Minnesota with my family. And we had such a horrible experience. The staff were ok but the hotel itself was trash. People smoking next to the entrance door. Do better. And stop advertising what you don't have available.

My room had a sewage smell in the bathroom. The shower leaked water all over the bathroom floor. The hotel did not make it clear that there was an extra charge for parking (pretty rare in the suburbs of the Twin Cities). The staff didn't seem to care much about keeping the guests happy. One of them complained to me that he had to pay for parking too and he thought it was ridiculous. There are a lot hotels near the Mall of America. I had a better experience at Homewood Suites which is neighboring hotel.

Wasn’t that great. We didn’t like the condition of the hotel room, or the service. I was disappointed. The only thing the hotel had going for them, was its close proximity to the Mall of America.

Did not know we had to pay for parking - that was never disclosed when we booked the room online. Found out when checking in that we had to pay on an app to park, $10 a night. I would not have stayed here if I had known that. Also - we chose this hotel for the hot breakfast, but that was not available due to renovations. It would have been nice if we were contacted ahead of time to be made aware so we could rebook elsewhere.
