The attendant was on her phone and eating Cheetos when I approached the counter- not a very professional look. She was not friendly or welcoming, had no eye contact nor manners. The room smelled of cigarettes and mildew when we entered and there were not enough towels. We won’t be returning.

Our room smelled strongly of urine. We didn’t even bring our belongings in the room and promptly checked out. The pictures look great but it does not look like this now.

As soon as I rounded the corner and saw a fan running in the hallway just outside my room I should have gone back to the front desk and asked to be moved. Hindsight is 20/20. My room was on the first floor near the pool. It was so damp in my room that it couldn’t possibly be a safe environment for guests to stay in. It was so damp that the cover and pages of my (previously perfectly flat) passport book were curled. If you stay at this hotel, be sure to ask for a room away from the pool. Hopefully not all of the rooms in the hotel are this humid.

Hotel was ok. Seems like they give you the lowest comfort room when you book on Expedia. Right by the elevator, ice machine and no opening window. Something was wrong with the ventilation in the pool area so they kept the doors open, still felt like a sauna. 494 is getting some work done so super annoying to get on and off of it to access the hotel.

My son left his expensive slip ons 100% sure in the room when he checked out July 31, 2025. When he called the next day they said nothing was found. So very hard to believe. You need to hire honest people.

The property was clean and affordable, it was in a good location, There was a Dennys in the Front so that worked well. I wish they had a little taller toilets, they were kid sized in my opinion. I would stay again.
