Comfort Suites Lindale - Tyler North
Towels were dirty. Sheets to small for the beds. Toilet didn't work right. Bathroom sink leaked. Just seemed dirty all around. I've stay here many times before, but this time was the last.

12 Oaks Hotel
I ran out of toiletries and front office clerk whom was not allowed by motel owner to leave the office by night brought me the necessary product. I’d like to commend this young man for going out of his way. Thank you sir.

Not as new as photos made it look - at all. This is an old motel. Also, not as large as pictures. Overall, pretty run down for the Best Western name. Not what I expected from Best Western - the reason I trusted it. More in line with an outdated Super 8. The only part I would give 5 star is the back ...

Breakfast was great.. We had to change rooms when we got there because we were on 3rd floor and something on roof wood come on really loud and stay on for 5 seconds and then go off for 5 seconds Very annoying . we moved to another room and had a dog next door that barked

The Thomas Hotel
We got in late, no one was there, but it was still seemless check in. The rooms had everything one needed. Also the rooms were set up good! Parking was easy, little sports bar next door was open late, so we got lucky. If ever in Tyler again, we would stay here for sure
