Chair was missing from room. The sink was clogged and the phone didn’t work. Once reported sink was fixed but only a side chair was provided after one day. Staff at front desk did the best they could to fix things but room needed updating.

Hampton Inn Lindale/Tyler
There was a roach under my table at breakfast. Overall, the hotel was dirty and below Hampton Inn normal standards. I would avoid staying at this hotel.

Best Western Lindale Inn
Bed was hard, tossed and turned all night and woke up feeling terrible. Went to eat breakfast at 8:15 and they only had cereal and outmeal. No biscuits, toast, egg, sausage and even out of waffle batter e cwpt the lemon.

Polite staff, mini fridge and microwave a plus. Decent room for the night, room smelled like pizza the entire time i was there even though there was no pizza. Remote was hard to use and volume never worked. Overall good location and would recommend. Close to shopping and food.
