The only problems we had was: 1: the remote wasn't clean and it had gunk all over it. 2: the access door to the next room was so thin, that you could hear EVERYTHING that went on in the next room.

Parking was good was able to get a spot in front of room. Desk was ok chair was broken however. Bathroom was horrible! Desperately needs a remodel!
