Here's a shorter version: --- We stayed at Bonerowski Hotel with our 1.5-year-old and had a wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly accommodating and caring — when our room had some issues, they quickly helped us switch to a different one without any hassle. The location is amazing, and the whole place felt genuinely toddler-friendly. We'd happily stay here again with our little one!

Hotel is in a great place , just off the main square where there are plenty of eating /drinking places. Hotel was quiet, plenty of room in the bathroom/bedroom, lovely comfortable bed and it was nice to have a couple of comfortable chairs to sit in to read etc. Didn’t use the restaurant/bar facilities. Staff went over and above with regards to service, reception/house keeping etc. I did not use the massage facilities but used the pool which was lovely, when I return to krakow I will most certainly book Hotel Stary again. Thank you hotel stary for a lovely stay

Beautiful clean room in a good location Only downside was I have difficulty with stairs and was third floor with no lift otherwise highly recommended

What a perfect place to stay for my my family of four (15 and 11 year old children.) We were located right in the center of the city, centrally located to everything you need. The accommodation was clean so spacious and had everything we needed plus a beautiful view. The staff were so friendly and quick to respond to any questions we had. Check in and check out procedures so easy! Can't wait to come back!
