The hotel is very nice. We had a room on the top floor with a view out the NW facing the visitor center. The room was clean and ready. The bathroom was really nice, and well laid out. The bar is still not open so don’t go by the pictures in the listing, but it wasn’t why we picked this hotel anyway. The staff were friendly, helpful and non intrusive. The art galleries are nice but limited. The location is great if you want to stay downtown but for the price, parking should be included at the lot across the street. It’s Lexington KY not NYC… No breakfast included but we could walk easily to a nice little place a few blocks away.

AC is horrible! We got put in a room that adjoins and you could see daylight under the door! Which means you also got the rude neighbors voices, screaming and noises! Called front desk twice! They did address with residents…just rude unthoughtful guests!! Not a good stay but a nice hotel.

Hotel was clean and the staff at check-in was great. Not so much checking out. Myself and another patron were looking around for desk help. Asked the lady working the kitchen and she must have called for help. Seemed like she was having a bad morning. (The desk clerk). Would stay again.

The gentleman at the front desk is outstanding! He could not have treated us any nicer. What a blessing he was! The breakfast was delicious, and the lady who serves it went over and beyond to be kind to us. The room and bathroom were clean, and we are very picky about cleanliness! It was an overall great experience, and we definitely plan to stay there again. The staff are what most made it a welcoming, comforting place to stay.
